Workshops

Lucy can offer one-off workshops, a series of workshops, a course, or term-time teaching all year round (subject to availability). She has experience teaching ages 0-65+ and also SEN. Workshop lengths vary and they can be tailored to your event. It is also possible to book performances on the same day. Workshops include: 

  • Dance of many genres (chat to discuss)

  • Hula hooping

  • Circus workshops

  • Aerial workshops

  • Maypole dancing 

  • Sports + games 

  • Movement + fitness 

  • Training
